Why is one Gas Station so much more.

Why it pay to shop around this one Guy on West street is at this point in time charging 128.9 while if you go across town down on the Queensway they are charging 120.7 per lite. This guy on West Street is a bite of an idiot, but he will proably put his price in line with the rest of the gas station in town by tomorrow. I figure he like to being sneaky.
