Regina gas price hike highest in Canada.
Gas prices took a big jump during the past week in Regina, vaulting more than five cents a litre to average 107.9 cents per litre, the highest price in nearly a month, according to MJ Ervin & Associates weekly pump price survey released Tuesday. The 5.1-cent-per-litre price hike in the Queen City was also one of the highest increases in the country, which saw an average increase of 3.5 cents per litre, the survey said. By contrast, Saskatoon saw only a 1.7-cent-per-litre increase from the previous week. The average price in Saskatoon on Tuesday was 106 cents per litre.
